As Director and Principal lawyer, Theo brings vast experience advising and representing hundreds of businesses through their most difficult periods and exciting challenges, combining his core practice as a solicitor with his personal experience as a commercial leader.

He has a proven track record of securing the best outcomes for his clients, always remaining controlled and commercially astute whilst fighting through the most complex and fast-moving matters.

Specialist Background

Theo cut his teeth in private practice but has also held in-house legal and senior leadership positions. Whilst he is now primarily responsibility for heading up the day-

to-day operation and management of the firm, he still receives regular instructions on sensitive and complex commercial matters, including litigation and advocacy.

Theo also receives regular instructions to act on a range of Health and Safety, fire safety and hygiene matters, including the defence of prosecutions brought by the HSE, Local Authority and the CQC. Theo takes particular pride in his practice supporting clients through highly sensitive coronial and public inquest work and the more niche and specialist areas of gambling and regulatory law.

Outside of practice and management, Theo is regularly asked to present at conferences delivering industry updates and legal training.
