A senior solicitor with over 17 years legal experience, including more than 13 years as a qualified solicitor.
Matthew is originally from Birmingham but attended university in Liverpool, which is where he ultimately qualified as a solicitor.
During his career, Matthew has been involved in a variety of work, including claims for injury and clinical negligence as well as working as an in-house solicitor for a private company covering areas such as employment, debt recovery, procurement, corporate governance, contractual issues, and general commercial law.
Matthew would describe himself as a technical solicitor with a professional but friendly approach.
Outside of work Matthew is married, with 3 children and 2 dogs, so life keeps him quite busy. Aside from long dog walks, he enjoys pushing himself in the gym or swimming, and on occasion finds himself hiking up a mountain in Wales.
