Theo Blauciak

Theo is a qualified Solicitor and has over 8 years’ experience working within legal, regulatory and compliance sectors. As an Associate at Irwell Law, Theo leads as a private practice solicitor, bringing his experience from a commercial background which has included in-house practice and senior leadership positions.

Theo receives instruction from clients across the public, private and third sector, often working on sensitive and complex commercial matters involving contentious litigation through to drafting bespoke agreements.

Theo is also regularly instructed to act on a range of Health and Safety, fire safety and hygiene matters, including prosecutions brought by the HSE, Local Authority and the CQC. Additionally, Theo often supports insured clients through the full breadth of Coronial law, including representation at inquests for employers, residential providers and care homes.

Theo is the Compliance Officer for Legal Practice, a mental health first aider and trained safeguarding officer for the firm.

When not at work Theo can be found spending time with family; getting stuck into DIY tasks; playing golf or attending the local Parkrun.
